Job Description
- Design and develop new electrical products in line with market demands
- Enhance existing product performance, safety, and efficiency
- Conduct rigorous testing and prototyping
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across production, marketing, and quality assurance
- Knowledge of research methodologies, documentation processes, and industry standards in the field of research.
- Conducting market research and evaluating similar products and their functions
- Testing prototype products for functionality, ease-of-use, and longevity.
- Resolving product issues.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in product development or electrical manufacturing
- Familiarity with design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A mindset for innovation and continuous improvement
- Good Communication skills and team work
